Local restaurant gives back to furry friends

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Milano Inn is giving back to pets in need, with the help of Pet Pals TV.

Pasta for Puppies & Kitties kicked off last week. The restaurant is offering an Italian dinner and/or drink on their outdoor courtyard, with 10 percent of the proceeds helping out some furry friends.

The restaurant said they welcome dogs and kittens to come a long for the meal, as long as they are on a leash.

Below is a list of dates the restaurant will donate. Each date has a specific organization they will donate the profits to.

  • May 3, 2015 – Indiana Bulldog
  • May 17, 2015 – Paws And Think
  • May 31, 2015 – ARPO
  • June 14, 2015 – Our Little Bit Of Heaven
  • June 28, 2015 – Every Dog Counts
  • July 12, 2015 – Love On A Leash
  • July 25, 2015 – ICAN starts at 6pm
  • July 26, 2015 – Misty Eyes Animal Center
  • September 13, 2015 – Greyhound Pets Of America
  • September 20, 2015 – Cat’s Haven
  • October 4, 2015 – Pet’s Healing Vets
  • October 11, 2015 – Forever Friends Great Dane Rescue
  • December 6, 2015 – Move to Act (this event takes place indoors)
