Police: Men stole from former hospital property

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police in Indianapolis are asking for the public’s help with finding two men who they say stole a vehicle from the property of old Wishard Hospital.

The Indiana University Police Department at IUPUI says the men took a 2014 Bobcat four-wheel utility cart on Wishard Boulevard April 1. It happened around 11:15 a.m.

According to police, the Bobcat is black and white with orange wheels. Various tools and equipment were taken at the same time.

Police say the suspects entered the construction area, loaded the utility cart onto a flatbed trailer and pulled it away with a late 90s Dodge truck. That truck was green with a gray primer spot on the passenger side of the truck bed, police say. The trailer is described as a flatbed mesh style trailer with a fold up ramp.
