Connersville man arrested, charged with 6 felonies

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A Connersville man was arrested and charged with six felonies Thursday, according to Indiana State Police.

ISP says Cecil N. Thompson, 35, was arrested at a home in the 1200 block of W. 12th Street in Connersville around 2 p.m. Thursday.

Thompson was charged with six felonies: manufacturing meth, possession of meth, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana with a prior offense and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Thompson was taken to the Fayette County Jail.

The Pendleton District Meth Suppression team, Pendleton troopers, Connersville police, Task Force Connersville police and the Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office were involved in the case.
