NCAA awards Daybreak’s Lauren Lowrey

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The NCAA has recognized Daybreak Anchor Lauren Lowrey for her community involvement.

Lowrey emceed an event called Community 101 ahead of the men’s Final Four in Indianapolis. The event recognized thousands of local children who participated in community service events organized by the NCAA before the Final Four.

The NCAA gave Lowrey the award Monday morning. It reads, “”Presented to Lauren Lowrey in recognition of your commitment and dedication in giving back to the Indianapolis community.”
