Downtown Indy crash leaves vehicle on its side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A vehicle ended up on its side in downtown Indianapolis Tuesday morning after crashing.
The crash happened near Capitol Avenue and Saint Clair Street just before 11 a.m. It also took down some power lines.
