Semi crash stalls traffic in Shelby County

SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — All westbound lanes along I-74 were closed on Wednesday morning in Shelby County.

According to INDOT, the lanes were closed near the 108 mile marker around 8:25 a.m. That’s just west of the Fairland exit.

The crash involved a semi that was stuck in the roadway.

Just after 9 a.m., all lanes were back open. There was still some residual traffic backup in the area.

Dispatchers in Shelby County say no injuries were reported.
