Yelp Meet The Maker celebrates Cinco De Mayo with Indy businesses – Part 1
Our Yelp Meet the Maker series introduces us to two authentic Mexican restaurants. Up First – George Munoz, the owner of La Chinita Poblana in Broad Ripple, featuring Asian-fusion Mexican eats.
He makes some great yellow curry “blackened” tilapia taco with chipotle lime mayo, nappa cabbage tossed in a ginger dressing.
Plus shares their famous sweet potato fries topped with homemade mole poblano, sour cream and queso fresco.
