Police make arrests in Fishers pharmacy robbery
FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – Police identified three people they believe are responsible for the armed robbery of a Kroger pharmacy in March.
In March, the pharmacy was robbed by someone wearing a surgical mask. The robber had a note that said he had a gun and wanted narcotics.
Fishers Police Department officials said Friday the department has been working with police in Fort Wayne on the case. Arrest warrants were issued for three people. Two of them were being held at the Allen County Jail Friday, and one was arrested and bonded out of the Hamilton County Jail.
The three people arrested were 27-year-old Jared Burkhart, 21-year-old Jacob Burkhart and 23-year-old Charles Walter. They were all preliminarily charged with misdemeanor theft.
