‘American Idol’ alum talks about show’s end
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – This week, “American Idol” will crown its 14th winner.
On Monday, news broke that Fox has decided next season will be the show’s last. “American Idol” will wrap up a year from now, after its 15th season.
“Idol” alum Amanda Overmyer spoke live with 24-Hour News 8’s Lauren Lowrey and Kylie Conway on Daybreak Tuesday.
Overmyer is from the town of Mulberry, which is near Lafayette. She placed 11th on Season 7, back in 2008.
