GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — Another 3-year-old wandered from his family in the same Greenwood neighborhood where a different 3-year-old’s disappearance prompted an hours-long search last week, 24-Hour News 8’s news partner, the Daily Journal, reports.

A passer-by found the boy in the road in the Sweetgrass subdivision Monday morning. Police officers went door-to-door before finding the boy’s mother. He was only missing a matter of minutes.

Monday’s 3-year-old and his mother were visiting the Greenwood neighborhood from South Carolina. Police believe the boy got out of an open garage door.
