Indiana woman indicted in southwest Ohio crash that killed 2

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) – An Indiana woman has been indicted on multiple charges of aggravated vehicular homicide in a February crash that killed two people in southwest Ohio.

Eighteen-year-old Cherish Bolt of Liberty, Indiana was indicted by a Butler County grand jury Wednesday.

Police and prosecutors say Bolt was driving the car that rolled off the road and crashed into a utility pole Feb. 26 in Oxford Township. Two passengers in the car, 18-year-old Douglas Minton and 19-year-old Amanda Durham, died at the scene. Both were from West College Corner, Indiana.

Bolt was indicted on eight counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Court records list no attorney for Bolt, who is scheduled to be arraigned later this month.
