LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Four people have been arrested after a CVS Pharmacy was robbed for the third time in a little over a month.
The CVS was robbed Saturday afternoon. Lafayette police said two people came into the store and demanded drugs and then ran from the store. Police found two people matching witness descriptions of the suspects walking along the road.
When police approached the two suspects, a man and a woman, the woman ran away and the man climbed into a nearby black truck. Police chased the woman on foot, found her and arrested her.
Police said that woman is Temple Odom. She was taken to the hospital with minor injuries from the chase. A police officer was treated for a minor knee injury.
Officers began to pursue the male suspect in the truck, but stopped the pursuit a short time later when the vehicle began to flee at a high rate of speed.
The police continued the investigation and three other suspects were arrested.
Temple Odom, Kevin Odom and Jeffery Odom all of Hillsboro, were all arrested for robbery, resisting law enforcement, theft and intimidation. Teresa Odom of Hillsboro was arrested for robbery and theft.
Police said all those arrested had involvement in the other robberies at the same location that occurred on April 18 and May 17.
