IMPD seeks suspect in downtown bank robbery
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers are investigating a bank robbery in downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday.
According to IMPD dispatchers, police responded to the PNC bank at 155 E. Market Street after 1:30 p.m. for the report of a robbery.
The suspect robbed the bank then fled the area, police said. According to IMPD, they got away with around $700 in cash.
Police say they are still looking for the suspect. A description was not immediately available.
