Report: Suspects throw stolen items at manager before fleeing scene

BARGERSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Police need help identifying two women captured in surveillance footage stealing items from a local CVS store.

Police say just before 2:30 p.m. on Monday they were called to the CVS on Whiteland Road and State Road 135 for a theft. The manager of the store said two women entered the store and were acting strange, according to a police report obtained by 24-Hour News 8’s partners at the Daily Journal.

The manager said she saw them on the surveillance cameras and noticed one of the woman putting items in her purse.

According to the police report, the manager confronted the women and a man outside the store. The women began throwing items at the manager before fleeing in a gold SUV.
