Crossroads of Americas Fest
It’s a good thing Amber had her dancing shoes on this morning because she got to learn how to dance, salsa style!
The Latin moves are part of an upcoming festival called “Crossroads of the Americas” on Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church at 349 N. Warman Ave. in Indianapolis. Organizers say it’ll be a cultural celebration, featuring both live and DJ music, and cultural food from several regions in Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala, and rides, games, etc and free of charge!
Participants can also learn Latin dancing styles from 7-8 and then dance from 8-11. The dance is 21+ with beer, wine and tacos. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
