Games of Ireland at Indy sports park
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Gaelic Association has taken over the World Sports Park in Indianapolis.
The Games of Ireland, or otherwise known as The Gaelic Games include Gaelic football and hurling.
Saturday marked the ninth annual Indianapolis invitational. It was the second largest Gaelic event in the United States, behind the national championships in Chicago in August.
Teams came from as far away as Pittsburgh and Saint Louis to play in the event.
