Teen arrested, accused of shooting another teen
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – According to police, a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old David Phelps, Jr.
The 17-year-old was apprehended by police Friday.
The shooting occurred Tuesday, June 16 in the 3100 block of Cluster Pine Drive.
Police said because the 17-year-old suspect is a minor, the name or the photo the individual will not be released.
