Third person dies as result of June 11 wreck
BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A third person has died as a result of a June 11 crash.
The Seymour Tribune is reporting that 55-year-old Kathy Scroggins died Saturday at an Indianapolis Hospital.
Scroggins was the aunt of cousins Addyson “Addy” Engle, 6, and Keghan McCrory-Engle, 10, who were in the vehicle when it crashed into the back of a semitrailer that was stopped because of another wreck on Interstate 65 near Columbus.
The children’s funerals were Friday.
