The three-day Bloomington Gold Corvette Show will take place June 25-27 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Activities will include the Certification judging, for-sale corral, an autocross, parts swap meet, auto-related vendors and the 1965 Gold Collection. Bloomington Gold began in 1973 in Bloomington, IL, as a one-day show called the Bloomington Corvette Corral. The following year it expanded to two days and today it is the longest continuous-run Corvette show in the United States. The annual show is known for its authenticity of vintage Corvettes as factory built. Further, Bloomington Gold sets the benchmark for dedicated Corvette restorers and preservationists.
