NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Two roads in Noblesville remain closed Sunday evening due to flooding.

Officials tell us Allisonville Road at Wellington Park, just south of the viaduct, is closed.

State Road 19 from Logan Street to Field Road is also shut down due to excessive water.

Two people died near Noblesville Saturday after high water caused their vehicle to crash.

Officials say it only takes six inches of fast-moving flood water to knock down an adult.

Two feet of rushing water can carry away your car.

Officials encourage drivers to turn around if they don’t know how deep the water is or the condition of the ground beneath it. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
