Dispute over drugs leads to one arrest

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — One man has been arrested after allegedly makes threats because someone flushed his drugs.

20-year-old Travon Davis faces three preliminary felony charges for burglary, intimidation, and carrying a handgun without a permit.

The Fishers Police Department responded to the 7400 block of Madden Drive after a resident said Davis was threatening to “shoot up his home.”

FPD said Davis was upset because the resident found Davis’ drugs and flushed them down the toilet.

FPD searched the area but were unable to find him.

Davis then showed up again on the resident’s yard with a gun.

Police said they arrived to find the men fighting. FPD detained Davis and recovered the weapon.

Davis sustained “minor” injuries and was checked at a local hospital before being taken to the Hamilton County Jail, police said.
