Fishers Police Department to offer 12-week police academy program
FISHERS,Ind. (WISH) – Those who have always wanted to see what it takes to be a police officer are in luck.
The Fishers Police Department will offer a 12-week program that will give citizens a behind-the-scenes and up-close look at the job of a police officer.
The deadline to register for the 28th “Citizens Police Academy” is Friday, July 3.
The program, which begins Tuesday July 7, is open to those 16 years of age and older and those who work or live in the Hamilton Southeastern School District.
