Joe’s Crab Shack presents menu items from their Summer Patio

We turned into “crab-aholics” this morning on Indy Style, as Chef Mike from Joe’s Crab Shack cooked us up a steamy dish!

It’s all part of their “Summer Parties on the Patio” every Tuesday, Thursday and Weekends. Tuesday, they have $2 appetizers, drafts and Hurricanes, and on Thursdays, expect half price cocktails! The weekend of Friday July 3rd-Sunday July 5th, Joe’s will be celebrating by offering guests $2 Hurricane cocktails. They will also be doing Balloon Pops and raffles for prizes!

Today, Chef Mike and General Manager Joel, cooked their delicious Crab Nachos, which they say are a great pairing dish with their cocktails to enjoy when partying on the patio. The dish combines their famous Crab Dip, layered on tortilla chips that they cook in-house.

Next up is adding Jack Cheese and cooking it for approx. 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese. Once out of the oven, they top it off with fresh lettuce, black bean salad and pico de gallo and lastly, house made avocado lime ranch.
