Traffic stop leads to police pursuit
PERU, Ind. (WISH) – The Indiana State Police reported that they were involved in a vehicle pursuit on Sunday morning.
The incident started as a routine traffic stop, and then began as a pursuit. ISP used stop sticks to apprehend the suspect and reported that there was no damage to property.
The driver was believed to be intoxicated at the time, officials said.
