Naked man on car roof causes rush hour delays
WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Traffic was backed up during rush hour on Tuesday, but not for the typical reasons.
A naked man sat on the roof of his car, delaying morning commuters on Interstate 95.
Connecticut state police said they responded to the area to offer medical assistance.
Traffic resumed and officials said that the unidentified man had not been arrested.
