IMPD asking for help in locating hit and run suspect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police are looking for a suspect involved in a hit and run earlier this month.

According to police, a bicyclist was headed south on Keystone Avenue when she was struck by a tan Buick Rendezvous near the entrance of a Speedway parking lot.

The victim told police she was attempting to cross the entrance/exit of the parking lot when the the vehicle struck her.

According to police, the victim was knocked off her bike, causing her to fall.  The suspect then proceeded to run over the bicyclist’s arm.

The hit and run incident occurred in the morning of July 5.
