‘Persistent passenger’ caught on video
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — WISH-TV first told you about her last week and now 24-Hour News 8 has captured her on video.
The woman, who is petite and African American, can be seen trying to get into a car at the intersection of Keystone Avenue and Fall Creek Parkway but she’s also been seen further north on Binford Boulevard.
The woman is known to ask for the time, and then just open car doors and get in.
She has asked people for money and asked for a ride to the bus stop or church.
Of the people 24-Hour News 8 has talked to who have encountered the woman, none say they have called police.
