One arrested in hit-and-run incident

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One man has been arrested in a recent hit-and-run incident.

31-year-old Adam Jackson faces preliminary charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in serious bodily injury.

He is accused of striking a bicyclist near the intersection of Keystone Avenue and 71st Street on the north side of Indianapolis.

The victim said he knocked her off of her bicycle, then ran over her arm.

Jackson was detained by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office.
