Heat advisory issued for Hamilton County
HAMILTON COUNTY,Ind. (WISH) – After several mild,rainy weeks, summer weather finally appears to be here.
The humid temperatures and high humidity that generally accompany summer has also made its appearance.
It’s expected to be so hot and humid that Hamilton County has issued a heat advisory until 8 p.m. Saturday evening.
The heat index is expected to be well above 100 degrees.
Residents are advised, if they decide to go out into the elements, to exercise caution in the heat and stay hydrated.
