4 additional suspects sought in Operation ‘Smoke Show’

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Police say they are seeking four additional individuals after Wednesday’s massive operation called “Smoke Show.”

Four wanted posters were released of two suspects wanted on state warrants and two suspects wanted on federal warrants, by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

Police are looking for the following people:

  • William Anthony Brown – Wanted on a federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
  • William Dodd – Wanted on a federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute narcotics and serious violent felony.
  • Moniqque Smith – Wanted on a state warrant for conspiracy to dealing cocaine and maintaining a nuisance.
  • Tryee D. Gilbert – Wanted on a state warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and criminal recklessness with a firearm.

Officials say Brown is the ring leader of the gang “Block Burners.” 20 other members of the gang were arrested during the sweep.  Police say a total of 35 suspects were arrested in the operation.
