INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A popular brand of sliced cheese is under a recall.

Kraft says some of its singles could be dangerous – because part of the plastic wrapper could stick to the cheese, causing a choking hazard.

The company is recalling 36,000 cases of three and four pound packages of American and White American slices, with best buy dates between December 29 and January 4, 2016, followed by the manufacturing code “S54” or “S55.”

Kraft says it’s received 10 complaints and three reports of choking.

If you have one of the affected packages you should return it to the store for a refund or exchange.
