Police seek robber who made off with prescription pills

GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — Greenwood police are looking for a man they believe robbed a CVS store in July.

According to police, the suspect entered the CVS store on July 18 around 1:30 a. m. and handed a note to the pharmacist. The note demanded the pharmacist to hand over several bottles of oxycodone and tussionex. Police say the note indicated the suspect had a weapon.

Police described the suspect as a black male, in his early to mid-twenties, is of thin build. He was wearing a Wisconsin Badgers sweatshirt, blue jeans. It is believed he was wearing red and black Air Jordan’s.

The suspect got away with several hundred pills. They took off in an unknown direction.
