Shelbyville family loses home after fire
SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (WISH) – Firefighters say a home sustained $125,000 in damage following an overnight fire in Shelbyville.
The homeowner heard the fire just after 1 a.m. Thursday and got out of the home safely. Three minutes later, firefighters say flames were shooting through the roof of the home.
No one was hurt in the fire in the 1200 block of Oak Lane, but officials say the home is a total loss.
