ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — It’s almost a wrap for the Indianapolis Colts in Anderson.
The team went through a final public practice on Friday afternoon. They’ll have a mock game on Saturday morning before leaving for Philadelphia in the afternoon.
“In two weeks time, we have gained a lot of ground,” said Colts head coach Chuck Pagano. “We accomplished what we set out to accomplish in all three phases. It was demanding.”
“I think we’re playing fast as an offensive unit and without a lot of hesitation,” said Andrew Luck. “Hopefully that carries over into this first preseason game.”
As far as reps for Sunday’s game against the Eagles, Pagano said if you’re healthy, you’re playing. Fans can expect to see Luck and the rest of the starters for one to two series.
Pagano added it’s unlikely that cornerback Vontae Davis will play. He’s battling a groin injury.
