Local lawmaker’s daughter found safe
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Social media proved to be a powerful tool on Saturday.
Just ask Indiana Sen. Mike Delph, who posted an urgent tweet on his Twitter account that his 8-year-old daughter, Lilly, was missing and that he was on the phone with the Carmel Police Department.
The response was immediate on social media.
His tweet post at 11:07 a.m. and was shared almost 100 times.
After only 19 minutes, the senator posted that his daughter was found safely.
