MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) – Ball State University’s newly renovated Botsford/Swinford Residence Halls will reopen this week.
The $35.7-million structure is touted as being eco-conscious.
The new halls have revolving doors, water bottle refilling stations and efficient lighting.
When the building reopens it will house approximately 600 students.
Over the past decade, Ball State has opened five new or extensively renovated residence hall complexes.
