INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Jared Fogle exited the courthouse at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday with his attorney following a court hearing. Fogle is facing charges of child porn and paying for sex with minors.
Jeremy Margolis, Fogle’s attorney, said his client will plead guilty to the charges filed against him and is acknowledging any wrongdoing.

Margolis said Fogle will do all he can “in his power” to make it right. He also shared that Fogle has a medical problem and will seek treatment.
Fogle’s attorney also released the following statement:
Jared also understands that he requires significant psychiatric medical treatment and counseling. He has already begun that process by being extensively examined by a world-renowned expert in sexual conditions in order to chart a course to recovery. It is Jared’s intent and goal to become healthy again.
Most importantly, Jared understands that he has hurt innocent people, vulnerable people, and his family. He has expressed remorse to me and to his loved ones, and will, when given the opportunity, express that remorse to this court and to the people he has harmed. His intent is to spend the rest of his life making amends.
Fogle’s home was raided by the FBI in early July.
Attorneys working the case say that the search warrant was issued for several devices, text messages, emails, photos and videos.
A total of 14 victims have been identified by police. Fogle could face five to 12 years in federal prison.
