INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man convicted in connection with the deadly Richmond Hill blast appeared in court Wednesday.

Mark Leonard is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

After he was arrested, investigators said he tried to hire someone to kill a key witness.

That’s where the conspiracy to commit murder charge comes from.

The conspiracy to commit murder case is separate from the Richmond Hill explosion trial in South Bend. Leonard has already been convicted in that case.
