School bus, police car involved in Franklin Twp. crash

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A school bus, police car and an SUV collided Wednesday morning in Franklin Township, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department dispatchers confirmed.

The crash happened around 7 a.m. at the intersection of Five Points Road and East Edgewood Avenue.

One person was injured, but the extent of their injuries wasn’t immediately clear. There were children on the school bus but the children and bus driver weren’t injured. The police officer also wasn’t injured.
