BENTON COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — Indiana State Police have wrapped up the investigation into a Benton Central teacher and the head baseball coach.

On Monday, Benton Community School Corporation Superintendent Gregg Hoover said the district placed teacher and coach Tyler Rosenbarger on administrative leave.

On Thursday, Sgt. Kim Riley said “There’s no suspect, no victim. Therefore, there’s no crime.”

Rosenbarger had been under investigation by state police, but they have determined there are no allegations against him.

Hoover said the school has not gotten the information from state police or the prosecutor’s office. For now, Hoover said Rosenbarger remains on administrative leave.
