GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — After days of searching for a suspect who police say led officers on a high-speed chase through Greenwood with a woman and two children in the car, the man has been caught.

Officers and police dogs searched for 28-year-old Bradley Criswell for several hours on Aug. 25 after a chase ended near Indy Family Farms. The pursuit and search locked down three Center Grove schools and caused $3,000 in damage to fields and produce on that farm.

A few days later, officers were called to a south side Indianapolis apartment complex, where the same woman who was in the vehicle during the pursuit with Criswell told police he had hit her and had stolen her truck, 24-Hour News 8’s news partners at The Daily Journal report..

Police located Criswell but he led them on another pursuit. At one point, they say he hit an officer’s car, another vehicle and a camper, according to an IMPD report. He was eventually taken into custody in a mobile home community and arrested.

Criswell was taken to the Marion County Jail where he’s facing a number of charges. Officials say he was wanted on a Morgan County warrant for two counts of theft.

He’ll be brought back to the Johnson County Jail to face charges in the high-speed chase in Greenwood.
