Jane King talks about today’s changing workplace and what workers are most likely to work on Labor Day.
She also mentions some other growing trends in today’s economy including something called the “gig economy”.
According to Jane, today’s economy also requires workers to have flexibility and for companies to quickly adapt or risk find themselves dying.
