Russell Taylor to be sentenced in Dec.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The man also charged in connection to the Jared Fogle investigation now has a sentencing date.

A change of plea and sentencing hearing has been set for Russell Taylor on Dec. 10.

Taylor was charged with distributing and receiving child pornography in connection to the Jared Fogle case. He’s also charged with 12 counts of child exploitation in connection to 12 children in Indiana.

Federal officials said Taylor admitted setting up secret cameras in his home to film pornography with 12 people under 18 years old, and that he was aware of their ages and identities.

Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will be sentenced Nov. 19, according to court records.

Charging documents stated that on January 11, 2013, Fogle traveled to New York to pay for sex with a 17-year-old girl while he was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
