HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A service that gives Hamilton County families peace of mind is getting some help itself.
Saint Vincent’s StatFlight helicopter was one of the highlight’s of Saturday’s Summer Bash, benefiting Project Lifesaver of Hamilton County.
The organization helps locate people with certain conditions who are prone to wandering away from home.
Project Lifesaver started in 2009 in Hamilton County.
The program gives tracking devices to families at no cost.
Money from Saturday’s fundraiser helps keep the service free.
