Autism Big Give event raising money to help individuals, families

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A special 24-hour crowdfunding event kicks off Thursday to help individuals and families impacted by autism.

The event celebrates the 50 years of advocacy and leadership by the Autism Society.

Dana Renay Chief Executive Ally of the Autism Society of Indiana stopped by to tell us more about The Big Give for Autism event.

At midnight on Wednesday until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday people can use #AutismBigGive to make a donation. Proceeds will go toward supporting programs, services and resources available through ASI to help families in Indiana who are affected by autism.
