KANSAS (WISH) — Troopers in Kansas are being thanked for their service in a unique way.

It started Saturday at the Kansas State Fair. A girl left a Post-It note with a kind message on a Kansas highway patrol vehicle. Soon after, more notes were left on the car, thanking troopers for their hard work.

Now, there is more than 200 Post-Its with positive messages for troopers.

“I’m amazed and humbled at the amount of support that the Kansas people are showing us, I mean it started with a few stickers, now we’re well over 200,” Trooper Tod Hileman, Kansas Highway Patrol, said.

The messages continue to pour in through Post-Its and on Twitter.

The troopers are taking the messages from Twitter, printing them out and adding them to all of the other Post-Its.
