Person in critical condition after NE side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person was shot late Sunday night on the northeast side of the city, according to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials.

Officers were called to the 3600 block of North Dearborn Street, near 36th Street, around 10:30 p.m.

Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition after the shooting.

So far, police have not released any other information on the victim or a possible shooter.
