Former Bloomington tutor pleads guilty to molestation charges
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) – A former Bloomington tutor has plead guilty to child molestation charges after a seven-year-old said he touched her inappropriately at school in 2012.
On Monday, Benjamin S. Haile entered a guilty plea for one count of child molesting.
According to officials, a seven-year-old female student said that while they were watching a movie Haile fondled her as she sat on his lap. Haile reportedly put his hands into her pants and down her shirt.
It happened at Pinnacle School in October 2012. The school is an independent school that specializes in teaching children with dyslexia.
Haile sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 10 at 11 a.m.
