Inmate back in custody after accidental release
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A woman is back in custody after being released by mistake by the Marion County Jail.
Investigators say 30-year old Ashley Flanagan was out on the streets for about 12 hours before being taken back into custody.
Internal Affairs is looking into her mistaken release.
Flanagan is facing charges that include invasion of privacy and stalking.
