Woman gets plea deal after robbing her grandmother
ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — An Anderson woman has accepted a plea deal in a case where she was accused of robbing both her grandmother and a disabled woman.
Shelby Hart will plead guilty to charges of robbery resulting in bodily injury and strangulation. Both charges are felonies.
On Memorial Day, Hart was accused of taking $1,000 from her grandmother and elbowing her in the face when she tried to stop her.
Four days after that, court documents said she attacked a woman she knew, taking prescription drugs and $900 from her.
Two more felony charges will be dismissed at sentencing.
Sentencing is set for Oct. 19.
